How is my data kept private?
PowerUp uses a "MineItems" framework where no individual data is ever shown to management. All insights are aggregated with a minimum group size of 12 people. If a group is smaller than 12, data is rolled up to the next level.
What is the "Peak Performance Index"?
It is a composite score (0-1000) derived from elite sports psychology metrics. It combines your self-reported capabilities (like sleep, resilience, focus) with objective outcomes (like absence data) to give a holistic view of performance potential.
How often should I check the dashboard?
We recommend a weekly review. The platform updates every Monday morning with the previous week's data. This allows for timely interventions before small issues become big problems.
Can I export these reports?
Yes, use the "Generate Executive Briefing" button on the Home page to create a text-based summary suitable for email or slide decks. Full PDF export is coming in Q3.
