Peak PerformanceWeek 12 of 12
Who's performing at their peak, and why?
Employee Peak Performance Index is a composite metric designed to assess the current distribution of high-performance capabilities and outcomes across an organisation. It combines individual Personal Performance Scores (out of 1000) with workplace health indicators such as absence rates, presenteeism, and accident data. Employees are grouped into three zones: High, Medium, Low to guide targeted interventions and track organizational improvement over time:
Green = High (employees already show high-performance capabilities, translating into better outcomes such as lower absences)
Amber = Medium (individuals have emerging capabilities, room for growth and improvement to improve performance and outcomes)
Red = Low (individuals face challenges which PowerUp can help to address).
This index helps organisations understand their workforce's current performance potential. PowerUp is proven to improve the percentage of 'High' employees in the organisation and reduce the number of 'Low' individuals. This can have measurable impact on KPIs, such as customer service, revenue, productivity, absences, presenteeism, health claims.
